If you ask me who two of my favorite indie rock bands are as of late, I would tell you "Why, The Velvet Teen and Okkervil River, of course."

I would then proceed to tell you that these bands will be performing at the Maintenance Shop in Ames on October 2nd and October 5th, respectively.
